By booking and staying at Highlander Social, guests agree to comply with all property rules and policies.

Reservations

Guests must provide accurate booking and contact information.

Payments

Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms.
Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply for smoking violations.

Payment terms may vary depending on the booking platform used.
Security Deposit / Damage Waiver
Certain reservations may require either:
A refundable security deposit, or a non-refundable damage waiver fee
Details are provided during the booking process.

Liability

Guests assume responsibility for their personal belongings and conduct during their stay.

Highlander Social is not liable for:

  • lost or stolen property
  • Guest injuries resulting from misuse of the property
  • Interruptions caused by weather, utilities, or unforeseen events
  • Property Damage
  • Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Prohibited Activities

Illegal activity, excessive noise, parties, and property misuse are prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.

Right to Refuse Service

Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate stays for violations of property rules or unsafe behavior.
